Rest & Restore is a gentle, holistic yoga practice designed to support anyone experiencing stress, burnout, grief, or emotional overwhelm. It is also perfect for anyone who simply enjoys a slower, restorative, and nurturing yoga experience.

With a holistic approach, this class nurtures both the body and mind, helping to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of balance and inner steadiness. The practice combines slow, grounding movement, mindful breathing, and generous time for rest.

Each session is created as a safe and welcoming space where you can move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and simply be present with yourself. Whether you’re looking to release stress, recharge your energy, or enjoy a restorative pause, Rest & Restore offers a supportive environment for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

All bodies and levels are welcome. No previous yoga experience is needed.
