I’m a holistic yoga teacher and counsellor, and above all, I am someone who believes in the power of gentle support, deep listening, and creating a space where you can truly feel seen and cared for.
Yoga has been my anchor, a constant companion through life’s challenges and transformations, and it is my privilege to share this practice with you.
My journey, both personally and professionally, has shaped my understanding of the need for moments of rest, connection, and renewal.
As a mother of four, I know the demands of daily life, the weight of responsibilities, and the quiet longing to come back to yourself.
The space
I’ve created this space: a place where you can exhale, move in a way that feels supportive and reconnect with yourself without pressure or expectation.
Living by the beach in Australia, I draw inspiration from the ebb and flow of the tides, believing that yoga, like the ocean, can support us through all of lifes seasons.

With a background in holistic counselling and yoga, my approach is gentle, inclusive, and rooted in the understanding that yoga is more than just movement, it’s a journey of balance, healing, and self-discovery.
